Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PitchClub (pitchclub.app), a CRM platform for electronic music booking professionals, operated by PitchClub ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PitchClub. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@pitchclub.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

PitchClub offers paid subscription plans (Basic at €7/month and Pro at €19/month) with a 3-day free trial
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period
We do not offer refunds for partial months

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use PitchClub for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to scrape, export, or mass-download the global club database
Share your account credentials with other individuals or use the platform on behalf of multiple people under a single account
Upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure
Use the platform to send unsolicited communications (spam)

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all CRM data you create within PitchClub (clubs, notes, deals, templates, etc.). By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

The global club database provided by PitchClub is our proprietary data and may not be exported in bulk or used outside the platform.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

The PitchClub platform, including its design, code, global database, and branding, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PitchClub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@pitchclub.app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of PitchClub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which PitchClub operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
