PitchClub ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website pitchclub.app and provides a CRM platform for electronic music booking professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash)
Google OAuth data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google
Payment information: billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details — Stripe processes and stores payment data on our behalf
CRM data: clubs, contacts, notes, pipeline statuses, templates, DJ assignments, and other content you create within the platform
Usage data: session logs, login timestamps, and activity history within the app

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the PitchClub platform
To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
To send transactional emails (account verification, subscription updates, support replies)
To improve the platform and diagnose technical issues

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in Germany (Hetzner Cloud, Falkenstein). We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and JWT-based authentication.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

4. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following third-party services that are necessary to operate PitchClub:

Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com/privacy)
Google — OAuth authentication (policies.google.com/privacy)
Hetzner — cloud infrastructure hosting (hetzner.com/legal/privacy-policy)

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and personal data
Export your CRM data (available via your account settings)

6. Cookies

PitchClub uses only essential cookies and local storage for authentication (JWT tokens). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children's Privacy

PitchClub is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform.
